New terrain leveling is initiated by pressing 'L' in the new Outerra Scene Editor and leveling extension / border and transition areas can be modified after double clicking the leveled area. Terrain under the selected objects can be leveled either individually per object or it can level the smallest rectangle that contains all selected objects (the direction of the rectangle is defined by the cursor's forward vector).
