I'm running Windows 10 with P3Dv3 and your B737-800, with V-Bird livery and Opencockpits CDU/MCP/EFIS and Fs2Crew Reboot (latest).

Now I have a problem with both Opencockpits MCP and FS2Crew to engage Command A. Neither will work. Only by mouse clicking direct in the VC will activate Command A.

I also noticed that in the key commands in your FMC the are none for Command A,B, CWS A,B

Sounds like an issues with your CDU/MCP/EFIS setup. Did you have it working under another version of FSX or P3D before going to v3?

Yes, I did. Everything was ok. Also with FS2Crew. By the way all the rest works fine its only this issue

Sounds like you may need to take it up with OpenCockpits to be fair. Doesn't sounds like a PMDG problem.
