The database for the FMC won't load

 

Any information to get it working would be appreciated.

Did you get this resolved --- if not it looks like the culprit is missing text in the dml.xml file.  Read all about it further down in the threads.

I had the same problem two weeks ago after a reinstall. Make sure the below text is in your \AppData\Roaming\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v2\DLL.XML file. 

 

<Launch.Addon>

    <Name>carenavigraph</Name>

    <Disabled>False</Disabled>

    <Path>.\carenavigraph.dll</Path>

  </Launch.Addon>

 

Note: Add the text above the last xml tag which is: </SimBase.Document>
