So, I have a Saitek yoke and for the life of me, I cannot get the ailerons axis to be recognized inside the sim, except for Aileron Left and Aileron Right, and they are extremely slow to respond. Can someone please explain this LVar assigning in fsuipc? I have never needed to do it before, and it's a shame I just spent 30 bucks and can't set up my controls. Elevator axis works, Rudder axis works, but not ailerons. I have uninstalled, reinstalled with the update, and still, I have been only able to roll the aircraft with the rudder. ....just wow B Leehan

Joe, I had the same problem two weeks ago after a reinstall. Make sure the below text is in your \AppData\Roaming\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v2\DLL.XML file. <Launch.Addon> <Name>carenavigraph</Name> <Disabled>False</Disabled> <Path>.\carenavigraph.dll</Path> </Launch.Addon> Note: Add the text above the last xml tag which is: </SimBase.Document> Best of luck

Hi mac22, I am in exactly the same boat, but I do have the "Academic" license. I have not found anyone who has the 2.2 to 2.3 patch however. :mad: I don't suppose you would pm me with a link to that would you? stratoboomer

OK, I will post it there as well. Yes, I renamed the simconnect file, no I do nt have MCP combo. Right now I have not connected my joystick hardware yet..was doing software installs first. Thanks, Bruce Leehan

Ok, here goes I have Prepar3d v2 Academic ver installed on a Windows 8.1 64 machine (i5 4430, 8GB ram, NV GTX770) with addons REX OD plus, Carenado C90, Carenado Jetprop, and a registered copy of FSUIPC 4.9.1.2f. Everything works fine until I add LINDA 1.13 over to the modules folder, then I get the error "Prepar3D has stopped working". See attached image and below event logs. I have tried this at least 5 times using no copied files from FSX modules, as well as using the FSX files copied over. If I delete everything out of the modules folder, then reinstall FSUIPC 4..9.1.2 f clean, by itself, it works fine...but when I try to install LINDA, all hell breaks loose. lol I will post this over at Prepar3d forums as well. the name of the file is PMDG_Det_3_T.psdopen it up in photoshop or PSP and look for the two grey rectangles with "REG" painted on them. Those are your nose gear doors. ** You also might want to pay particular attention to the two other rectangles in white above the gear doors, that are labeled "Top Nose ridge" and "bottom nose ridge". Those ridge pieces will drive you nuts if you don't know where to look for them!!! LOL you can paint the fuselage but you also have to match the color on the nose, with the color on these two ridge pieces or you will have two bright white strips on the leading edge of the radome. Hi guys,I have ver 1.22 installed and have searched through this forum and through the readme (RW fuel pump behavior) but...I'm still having a weird problem. Whenever I fuel the aircraft, no matter how much gas I put in each tank, the center fuel tank empties down to zero. I am stumped for an answer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

FIXED: Use the newest version of CH mgr and after re-calibrating the pedals, adjust the null zone and sensitivities. Then...go into FS X and adjust the sensitivities in the sim.I had this problem in both FS9 and FS X Deluxe. This fixed it.

Hi Bill,I just bought the Kodiak tonight.....is there a support page for this thing? I am having all sorts of trouble. I installed as per the instructions, but...when I choose an adventure, I see no scenery and when I try to go to the 2d cockpit, CTD. I am able to see the vc, however. I have reinstalled it once. I was able to finally solve the scenery problem by manually adding the scenery, but I still get a CTD when I try to go to the 2d cockpit view. p.s. I have tried starting in the default situation (FS9 default) no luck. Any ideas? BTW, I think it looks awesome from the website. Can't wait to fly her....Bruce Leehan

Can anyone offer a suggestion?Recently I started noticing my left thrust reverser not working completely. i.e. when I move my TQ past the detent it doesn't engage, and when I completely diconnect all joysticks and devices, when I use "F2" to engage the reversers, the right one engages and stays, but the left one cycles repeatedly as if there's a conflicting keypress which won't let it stay engaged. (that's the only way I can describe it.)I have deleted my FS9.cfg as well as my Devices.cfg and tried to start over....no luck. I have uninstalled FSUIPC.DLL (FULL REG VER) no luck...I have tried it on all my jets including the default FS9 aircraft, they all have the same prob. The last thing I installed was the Tinmouse II and that was over a week ago. ANY help would be greatly appreciated. Specs. AMD 2800 XP+ nVidia 6800 GT1 GB RAMWin XP proCH USB TQS, USB Yoke, USB Pro Pedals. CHMGR 4.0

Anyone know where the wing .psd file can be downloaded? I am doing some repaints,and I noticed that the wings were not included in the paintkit.
