I installed the NA Freeware Airports and need to disable AEC on an airport but the freeware installation didn't include the config tool unless I just can't find it. How can I download the tool?

Hello.  Do you have Orbtx Vector?  Doesn't that come with a Configuration tool to to disable AEC

Nope, apparently the ORBX freeware North America Airports package doesn't install the config tool.  I just re-installed including the latest libraries as the installer directs, but no configuration tool.   In FSX at least, 67L (Mesquite Airport) is in a deep ditch...
