November 26, 201510 yr Author Mitch, nice showcase of how much fun heli can be. Would you mind telling me your graphics card ? I am currently on an old gtx 650, and I am thinking about upgrading Sure...I have an EVGA GTX 680 Signature Plus 2GB card, but truly, it is waaaaaaaaaaaaay behind the present upgrade curve, but...but...having said that...I don't feel the need at all, to upgrade the card. I am getting what I feel is stellar performance across all the sims that I run XPX.42, FSX-boxed, P3D v2.4, and FS9 (modified). I don't know if you can get one of these still new..but if you wish to..you can save a bundle of cash over the current 9xx models...you have seen what it can do alongside a capable CPU, and I have never run out of video memory and CTD'ed, as I do not run a very high 4K resolution screen. I run a 25 wide-view at 1920x1200, and this card is more than capable of giving you 30 plus/minus a few in all your sims, at each sim's max rendering settings that I run them all at. For myself, world detail, the plausible world, is much more valuable to me, than highly-accurate in-cockpit systems. I don't fly high-stakes Big Iron (except in FS9), so my CPU/GPU handles the load with pretty solid FPS (30'ish) performance all-round Hope this helps. Mitch
