Possible to have a 1080p TV and Monitor hooked up to a GTX 680?

Featured Replies

I have a 48inch HDTV 1080p and was going to use it as my main screen for gaming/flight simming etc. I have a GTX 680 card with 4GB. Can I hook up my TV to it via HDMI and then I also have a 30" Monitor (2650x1600) that uses a DVI connection.

Can I hook these 2 up to my card and use my main screen (TV @ 1920x1080) for P3D and on my 2nd display which is  my monitor (2560x1600) hooked up via DVI, and have them function as 2 independent desktops?

I want to use the 2nd screen for flight planning apps, maps, utilities while I fly. Is this possible?

Yes of course just right click anywhere on your desktop. Select nvidea control panel and select, set up multiple displays.

Select the 48inch as your primary display and you can then drag anything you want to the second screen
