I purchased :-madTraffic 2005 on 8/27/2005 and I have yet to see any e-mail from them or code anything!!!!Is anybody else having this problem?I also try to register in their forum and get error messeges!!

They were very responsive to my customer service emails and request for a refund for Traffice 2005. Their server is toast right now though. I have broadband and it said it would take 25 hours to download....

I have had very good dealings with them through email in the past as well. One thought, I once was having trouble receiving emails originating in Britian.
