This is an updated version of the reference sheet I created last year (mentioned here). It contains a summary of all the flows and the voice commands required to go through them. It is designed as a 2-page sheet (to be printed as such and perhaps laminated) with the gate/stand to cruise phase on the first page and cruise phase to gate/stand on the second page. In the end there is also a small reference of the most used (for myself at least) voice commands. Additionally there is a second 2-page sheet containing all the voice commands, as they are listed on the manual.
