That is obviously the case, just wondered if anyone had the bawls to say so.

 

Reducing the d / l speed has made AVSIM less than useless to me

AVSIM did not change the download speeds.  In fact, the optimizations we have made so far should have increased download speeds.  Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Just downloaded a file from the library between 3.5MBps and at a high of 4.9MBps. (I have a 86Mbps connection) so I don't think there is any throttling going on, Just slowdowns due to volume of traffic.
