Strange apron lights on FlyTampa airports

Hello, I'm 100% sure this is not intended to look like this, but the apron lights on FT airports look somewhat flawed:

The orange-ish halo light should not be there. Any ideas? I'm running DX10 btw.

Bloom is turned off in FSX. It looks more like a texture that overlaps with the custom lights from FT and I don't know how to get rid of it. This is quite annoying because they sometimes start to flash when panning around in the VC
