January 21, 201610 yr Simply great! Flying a DC-6 in Alaska is a theme that guarantees awesome pictures; and also hard work but also unbelievable fun for the pilot. (Some weeks ago I was also there with this type of plane.) I particularly love the "On final runway approach to runway 07R" shots. Regards, Harald Geyer Gründer der Messerschmitt Freunde Dresden v. January 23, 201610 yr Author GeyerH, Thanks for your kind words. It is very impressive that you saw DC-6s in real life. Regards, Aharon
January 23, 201610 yr Aharon, this would have been too much of fame for me - I was there with my simulator, not in real life (you even commented my screenshot thread). It would have been too nice to see DC6s in reality... In fact, the oldest planes I saw in real life were an An-12 and a Ju-52. Best regards and shalom, Harald Harald Geyer Gründer der Messerschmitt Freunde Dresden v. V.
