Most of the time this is an issue of the order of sceneries.

 

If you have addon airports (like FlyTampa Copenhagen), place them above the ORBX stuff. Should solve the problem.

now the problem with trees on runway and other terrain things are fixed. But still missing parts of the airport, strange textures and black textures.

Could be your UTX2.1 if you have it. I had to disable some stuff in UTX2.1 if i was using OpenLC EU.
