Hi everyone,

 

Mabe I am not looking correctly in the T7 manual and thus cannot find an answer to what TAI/ON ALT means and is for in the FMC Descent Forecast.

Please help me on the way and for which I thank you in advance.

The ALTitude at which you will turn Thermal Anti-Ice On.

Here is what you can try the next time to find out what something in the FMC or a switch might mean. Go to the FMCOMs, FCTM, Tutorial, or Introduction. These are PDF documents and have a search feature that you can use. Left click on the document you want to search and when it appears right click on the face of the document, then left click on find. You will see a box in the upper right corner that says FIND. In that box type in what you are searching for. In this case it is TAI/ON ALT. Left click next and right there is you answer on page 11.43.7 of FCOM2. It is item # 4 on that page.
