Can i install acceleration over my fsx with SP 2 without having to reinstall fsx and all my addons again?

No. You have to uninstall SP2 before installing Acceleration. It's been a long time ago but I don't think the Acceleration installer will let you install over SP2. Just go to Control Panel, uninstall SP2 and then install Acceleration (there's no need to do anything with SP1). Your add-ons should be fine.
