Thanks! -Kyle with that budget you can get a nice PC that will run P3D well. my advise go only with intel for the processor and for graphic card go only with Nvidia Ahmad Kalbouneh

Everything else seems fine, assuming you are on a budget. If not, it would be beneficial to get a 970 gtx and an i7 processor instead for a couple hundred or so more. One more thing, if you plan on getting a K (unlocked) processor you will need a Z-chipset motherboard. The Asrock B150 you have selected for your Skylake build will not let you overclock the multiplier.
