If after the changes in SID and runway you made, you continued the flight and landed on 19, it appears that something maybe wrong with the installation. I would run the installer and select the repair option first. If that doesn't work, I would submit a ticket to PMDG support at - http://support.precisionmanuals.com providing them with a link to this thread in the ticket.
