I would be interested in pilot2atc.But. I don't want to talk to my pc and would be only interested if i could use the software  with joystick/keyboard.

Yes.  The Speech Assistant SayIt feature of V2 will let you interact with ATC by using the mouse and keyboard/joystick.

I suggest you wait until V2 comes out and give it a try.
