I just wanted to find out if anyone has come across the read fail warning coming up in the voice version of V1.6. It only happened last night, I have retried it this morning and still the same.

 

What I noticed last night was that FS2C could not read work out V1 or the correct fuel quantity that was loaded. And some commands were just not being picked up like the "After take of check list" it just plain ignored me. Most first officers to one they have seem my landings. Most are quite and praying

 

I read on a previous post that some one said it was due to at Majestic Dash 8 Update, I have looked at their website and as far as I can see I have the latest one which is 1018b2 on the 07/01/2016.

 

Has anyone come across this as well and has an answer as to what may have happened, seemingly over night.

Hi Rob,

 

It only happens if you do not have the latest Dash 8 hotfixes/updates installed from Majestic software.

 

So go to where you bought the aircraft, and download the latest fixes/updates.
