Can you tell us more about this new feature: "you can now make the Transition Level callout ***after*** having completed the Descent Checklist."

 

In the manual installed with the new version it's not described, so I'd like to know how this new option can be used in the voice version.

There's no much to say really... you can now make the Transition Level Call basically anytime during the descent... at some airlines you'd call it when passing the TL... at others you'd set it when ATC clears you to an Altitude.
