Taxied  to rwy 29   at airport loww,  after  contacting  tower   was told   to line  up and  wait, after  5  minutes  of  waiting   tower   didn't  come back,  after  contacting  them  again  got  the same  message  line  up  and  wait.  Is  there  a work  around   or  just simply  just ignore  the tower   and  wait  for  the phone  call  when you  land  again:)

Hi Peter.

You'll get the Line-up and Wait instruction when the entry to the runway is not right at the departure end of the runway.  When given this instruction, you must get to the takeoff position on the runway, then line up within 10 degrees of runway heading and come to a full stop.  You should then get cleared for takeoff within about 5 seconds.
