Is this the real price of a 747?

I was looking at the PMDG store and I found these two products. I'm not sure if it was intended because the "II" version of the 747 isn't released yet.

 

Also the price looks like it's for a real 747 ;-)

Anyway, here's a picture.

Probably the list price but nobody pays list and on the 747when Boeing has virtually no passenger version buyers you could get it for much less.....especially if you buy a number of them for your airline.

Here's the list prices of all Boeing products. I don't know if it's accurate or up to date though.

 

Interesting facts:

747-400 - 240 Million, cheaper than any 777

737-800 - 90 Million

Air Force One - 390 Million
