Zane,Thanks for your suggestions and I am going to try these settings out. I'm using the ActiveSky so that it runs on my laptop, do you have any idea whether its enough if I just install one ASV on my FS computer for the textures installation? Will it work correctly if I then run ASV via WideFS?

Sorry about that guys - it's not just this particular thread I'm going off on. Randy Smith has a long history of jumping in on threads and putting down any individual who says something negative about a commercial product, no matter the circumstances.
