Thanks, Mark I don't see a listing on their web site for "support"@pcaviator.com The two email addresses shown are [email protected] (for general inquiries) and [email protected] for order related questions. March 27, 201610 yr Mark In the past hour or so, I have had two advertising/notification emails from PC Aviator (US store) about Night Environment operating with MSE States. Both emails came from the "info" address which Jim mentioned. Try that one. Gary

March 27, 201610 yr All I have to say is I am growing weary of PCAviator unsolicited junk mail "I noticed you have not spent any $ or something to that effect" and disregarding my requests to stop sending them.Apparently no communication issues on that end. Gary Stewart
March 27, 201610 yr Right off the invoice guys... https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B8KzWfFjsxGsOXJTNzBqcEQ4ZFk/view?usp=sharing How old is the invoice? Though they may once have used the support@ email, it seems that they no longer do. If it is a very recent invoice, then perhaps their invoice printing software has not been updated. In any case, based on the response from their mail server, it appears that the support@ is no longer valid. Though I will say that if a commercial company has used a particular email address for a long time, and later decides to change it, it would be good practice to auto-forward incoming email destined for old address to the new one, to avoid putting customers in the kind of situation you find yourself in. March 28, 201610 yr Author The purchase was yesterday. Not updating a support email on a recent purchase is pretty shady. Buyer beware. I'm just going to move over to www.pcaviator.com.au They have a support ticket system that Dean manages pretty well. Thanks, Mark
