I load a2a piper and was going to fly a VFR flight. I use this weather engine http://www.plane-pics.de/fsxwx/home.htm. I always connect it and it work fine. But today it says FSUIPC connection falied. I tried to re-install FSUIPC but now p3d crash on startup. Never have this problem before. Same FSUIPC work yesterday but not know it don't. And when I disable FSUIPC in the  .dll file p3d work agian. But I need FSUIPC to get the weather engine work.

 

Any idea how to fix it 

If you use FSX, that might be the Simconnect problem, see

Other addons that use Simconnect are affected as well. Judging from other addons, it appears to be possible to resolve this by editing the Windows registry.

I don't use FSX but I can read that forum and try re-install simconnect

Anyone know a weather engine for p3d v3.2 that not need FSUIPC and with realistic weather and you can check weather at diffrent airports, like thsi one http://www.plane-pics.de/fsxwx/home.htm.

And freeware.

It does not. There is a demo version for ASN, just try it out, it is a fantastic weather engine.

There is no add-on that requires fsuipc.

 

ASN will install it's own version of simconnect.
