May 5, 201610 yr GSX does work in P3D v3.2. I have it running perfectly OK. You will not need to re-purchase it but you will need a valid license as it requires activation. My suggestion would be to download the very latest installer from the relevant website so you can be sure you have the most current version. This is what I did and it works 100%.
