May 16, 201610 yr I don't mean to sound sarcastic, but have you read the intro guide for the aircraft. I can almost guarantee you the answer to your problem lies within. Hi, Reynaldo, Three questions: 1) What aircraft is showing in the startup window? 2) Have you tried clicking on and holding the menu button on one of the CDU screens? It is possible you are starting up in a Cold & Dark state, but this should enable you to get ground power connected. You can also try clicking on the battery switch on the Overhead panel. 3) What flight simulator are you using, FSX-Box, FSX-Steam or P3D? I am guessing FSX-Steam since you ran the simconnect installers but it would be good to be clear about this. Also, PMDG wants you to sign your full name in its forums. Mike
