I am on dx 10 with the fixer installed.

 

Just noticed on the pmdg 777-300ER aircraft, I can see taxi and landing lights from cockpit and also from spot view etc.

 

Buut when I press F9 and get the forward view, I find the taxi or landing lights do not illuminate the ground.

 

Is this setting on the fixer ?.

 

I asked in the pmdg forum, but the response was to switch to dx9 and check, which I don't want to do straight away before asking here.

I would suggest switching to dx9'to check, you only need to press the dx9 button in the controller you can keep the same fsx cfg file

Steve - same issue with DX9 as well...

ok well I imagine that it's just the way that Microsoft implemented the fsx core engine, if fsx doesn't draw the lights then there is nothing anyone can do about it.

Gut I have another thread on pmdg forum, where one said that they do see the lights but faint.

 

So not sure if its a settings related, but don't have a clue which setting to touch.
