Unable to parse the requested flight plan

Featured Replies

Hello guys,

I just bought Active Sky Next and I used PFPX to creat a flight plan.

However, when I load the flight plan (.PLN) file, I got an error message "Unable to parse the requested flight plan!"

Can anyone tell me why I have this error message and how to solve it?

Thanks in advance.

Franky

I thought you had to create the plan within ASN, and it then saves the plan for loading from its own folder...(?)

No.  I use Simbrief to create FSX compatible plans which ASN can read.

As for the error, recreate the flight plan, making sure the flight plan is in FSX format and try again.  If that fails, then jump over to the ASN forum and ask the program's authors to look over the plan.
