Can someone elaborate on this set of actions, from the QS manual?

 

Mixture Lever Release/rich
(On the top of Levers)-then set
R to full rich for 1st engine run-
(button click) L lever or
(Ctrl+Shft+F3)

Hello Bert , the mixture levers need to be clicked first then set to full rich . the other was to click the mixture levers and use the keyboard Ctrl Shift F3.
