FSX itself cannot be run across two computers, but there are addons that communicate with FSX that can run on a connected system.

The two PCs are connected via wifi or ethernet cable.

I have FSX on my primary PC. Other addons as ActiveSky for weather, Pilot2ATC for ATC, AIcontroller to control AI traffic run on the secondary computer

Some addons use FSUIPC/WIDEFS, others use simconnect to communicate with FSX running on the main computer.
