P3D V3.3, ai_player.dll

Featured Replies

I haven't touched anything with files, nor have installed anything, but randomly, my P3D just now started crashing on launch. The reason being the ai_player.dll. I deleted the file, no luck. Replaced the file, no luck.

I have no traffic on, and I have 2 freeware ORBX sceneries (cause I heard ORBX had trouble with this)

Please help

This is an easy one.  The module is connected to AI even if traffic is not on.  Many of the Orbx sceneries have static AI which is on even with the AI slider turned off.  The two freeware products in the Seattle area are suspects.  More info in the AVSIM CTD Guide, page 28.
