Hey Stephan, I have the 737-700NG series by Ariane. I have had problems here and there also. They do sometimes take a few days to reply, but they always have for me. I know the other day, I was waiting for a key from them , and it did take at least a couple of days. Hang in there. Best regards, Jeff

Stephan are you having a problem with some airports not showing up or the whole NAVDATA datebase is missing...
