I just wanted to say that the HiFi Tech support desk is probably one of the best I've ever had dealings with.

 

I had a problem with getting my upgrade serials from the vendor  who had server problems. HiFi worked with the vendor and sent me the serial keys within a couple of hours.

 

Active Sky 16 and ASCA are both fantastic products by the way.
