If you fly a RNAV  approach to come in under the Glide Slope the message mindlessly repeats 'Glide Slope' until 2 or 3 dots above the GS. Is there any way to delete that wav file? Thanks!

It's been my experience that simply deleting the .wav file will cause problems.  When I run into a problem with .wav files I don't like, I simply replace the file with one of the same name that has only silence.  It can easily be done using a sound application like GoldWave. 

I have removed that incredibly annoying "Don't Sink" .wav file, and it has never caused problems for me.
