August 19, 20169 yr Hi PMDG Please help, I bought the NGX base package for P3D from Aerosoft as I couldnt get into the PMDG website, now ive installed the NGX, after inserting my key I get an error activating key, please see screenshot. I also have an uninterrupted internet connection so I dont know how that can be the problem.

Open a Windows Explorer window. Paste the following (without the quotes) into the address bar at the top: "%SystemRoot%\System32\drivers\etc\" In that folder, you should see a file called HOSTS. Right click it and select "Open" and then "Notepad." Post the contents here. Full Name: Emile That's first name. Full would include the last. Kyle Rodgers
