I go to ADDON and Activate the product in windowed mode.  I put in my registration serial # key and shut down FSX.  Restart and there still are no airport terminals or buildings.  They NEVER show up...even a little bit....and I've googled this problem and see that others have had it too.  Can't seem to find the solution.  When I uninstall McCarran, I see buildings from Megascenery Vegas (which I've installed also).  I have tried it without Megascenery Vegas as well. But at least I don't have elevation problems anymore.

I have solved the problem, and all my buildings are now visible.  I deleted 2 Microsoft ReDistributable 2005 entries in Control panel  (read that in a particular thread on FSDT forum  (good advice to send me there).  Then, I reinstalled ADDON Manager, and clicked on the KLAS and Dream Team match several times, and Voila....the beautiful bldgs appeared. 

 

Thanks everyone for your help throughout this thread.  Many good ideas to keep me concentrating on the solution.  I now have a flat KLAS with McCarran looking good.  Problem SOLVED!
