Zone Photo download box is empty

I can't download from zone photo. I added the site to the security tab in the java control panel. I've also tried Chrome, Firefox and Edge, but the download box is always empty. Can anyone give tell me what I'm doing wrong?

All Know is that you need to have java installed and accept some java rules but it seems that you already tried have you tried dissable firewall? I remember having some trouble myself but after solving the java issue i managed to download using firefox

Use Internet Explorer (it's still present on Windows 10, besides Edge).

It only works on IE on Windows for me using Java 1.7. On Mac OS X I can get it to work by installing Java 1.6 and using Firefox.

One question though. Do different base layers on Zones Photo download different textures? If so which one is the best?

Use the XP10 layer, these are the best quality ones unless you are using XP9
