August 25, 20169 yr I can't download from zone photo. I added the site to the security tab in the java control panel. I've also tried Chrome, Firefox and Edge, but the download box is always empty. August 27, 20169 yr All Know is that you need to have java installed and accept some java rules but it seems that you already tried have you tried dissable firewall? I remember having some trouble myself but after solving the java issue i managed to download using firefox

August 28, 20169 yr Moderator It only works on IE on Windows for me using Java 1.7. On Mac OS X I can get it to work by installing Java 1.6 and using Firefox.
