November 9, 200520 yr The T7 is one of my favorite planes, and the PSS 777 has me interested. but im a little skeptical, since buying the A320 and A340 from them, they seem to be more focused on eye candy than systems. and being a realism freak in FS, the more realistic the plane is, the more i like it. and im curious, how is the PSS 777 for those that have it? how does it compare to the LD767 or the PMDG 747? any help would be greatly appreciated. thanksAdam

November 9, 200520 yr Growing pains, but I think it is a keeper, especially for the price of the base package plus a coming multitude of free livery repaints. I don't think they are quite up to the level of one or two competitors, but neither is the price which sounds fair to me. It makes a big bird with FMC capability available which I think is well done at as far as I know the lowest price available. (Assuming repaints meet your expectations)They have done well, eaten me alive, and then flown to perfection for me (Freighter and 300ER). I don't know for sure whether it is the plane or me yet. For openers I would recommend the 200 series over the 300, but school is really still out for a credible evaluation. One great point is that Phoenix has done an outstanding job of trying to address any problems, answer questions, and supply service. I really never had a problem in the past as some have related, but PSS has obviously raised their desire to please to the next level. That counts for a lot in my book assuming that their products are anywhere near what one desires. I have had a mouse trap or two that were alright as far as I was concerned, but will never go back to the company that sold them simply due to their attitude to their customers.Good luck:RTH
November 9, 200520 yr If you're expecting PMDG, or LDS, you won't find it here. While the WX radar is nifty and the e-checklists are cool, it's really just an average add-on. Nothing revolutionary.
