Max MaxRegionsPurgePerFrame Value?

Does anyone know what the max value for this setting is?

 

Why does P3dv3.3.5 release VAS slow? this is beyond #%#%#^^ annoying.

yep, that is what I am going to do now (and it is posted there too now).  I figured there would be larger audience here and higher probability of knowing it.  I know the LM guys are on the forums here too.
