I haven't used this sim since I bought it. I tried one flight and uninstalled it. Moved on...and gave up on all the developers. I did buy ActiveSky for this as it was on sale.

Hey guys, Sorry, I forgot to post on this thread. Alright this is how I am using VR in MSFS and it is Sim Heaven with my 2070 Super and aging i7-5820K I have uninstalled openxr, facebook oculus app etc all from the system. Only using Virtual Desktop Streamer and using Virtual desktop in my Oculus Pro. Running MSFS in DX11 and I have Hardware-Accel GPU scheduling off. Though you need this on, if you are using DX12 and only on the monitor (no VR) (along with DLSS tweaks etc). I just use VR now. I use AutoFPS too and that app hits my sim out of the ball park. Works like magic I am getting like smooth 72 fps in VR (AutoFPS is automatically set to 40) but in VR (With Spacewarp), I see 72 fps smooth (that is all I care about)

Tru Flightsim playas will probably roll with both and use the feature in BSquare planes (and others) toggle between PMS/TDS

Awesome I only spend 1 year license in PMS last year, and will get TDS this weekend.

So TDS is simulating all the pages like RealityXP did for P3D version of GTN 750 (using the official garmin trainer in the background). But now the DB gets upgradeable for it. Whereas PMS is simulating whatever pages it can without using the Garmin Trainer in the background

So what is now going to be the big difference between PMS and TDS as they both have Navigraph Support?

This would be an awesome tool. Yeah, the scale is off in my planes. I have set to 105 and it is so much better - For example, I am in Bonanza, and seats are way to tiny in Scale 100. In XP12 VR, I do get fantastic sense of VR scale in the plane models.

Thank you @Reset XPDR - for what an App!!!! Changed my VR session today. I could not believe on good it was flying with BlackSquare Bonanza. I was like wait wait a minute, the graphics are so smooth in my VR. I have an older system, and absolutely I have no need to buy a new rig right now as the performance was off the charts!!! and the graphics man, graphics gave me goose bumps in my Quest Pro (with Virtual Desktop)

Chuck Yeager's AFT is amazing. I still have the audio cassette which came with the game. I spend hours flying on that sim with a CGA!!! monitor. Years later I got EGA, when the world was in VGA. Good ole XT 4.77Mhz machine showed me chase plane views in CY AFT. What an experience it was!!! I don't think Gen Z kids even know what a CGA, EGA colors are lol....

Hey everyone, I may decide to review products that I buy for my flight simulation hobby but I am trying to figure out on what platform to do so. I know one can do it on Youtube but then I have to do record the video, use Adobe products to video edit and spend more time that I need to. Thinking that I post the review here but I do want to cover major areas like support from developer. Lets say support is garbage, I want to be able say that in the review. Will AVsim allow me to state that? everybody enjoys when everything is good but we all know in reality, not all products are created the same. If AVsim is not the place; where else I can post the reviews and not be tinted with financial influence. I really want to be Avsim b/c i spend most of my flight simulation hobby time here. And none of the products will be given to me. I will personally buy them and critique them based on my observations and addon support feedback. These days some developers should be ripped for making crappy products; but there is no accountability at all. And on the flip side, there are some amazing devs; they just don't know how to market their excellent features. Looking for input Thanks

Excited for this. I was hoping the release would be immiment but it is not there yet. I know BlackSquare is releasing the Duke's in March, I am assuming that this bird will come after that release. JustFlight is on a roll though, with some serious study level birds
