I am not sure if it would be a good idea to publish it in that state so yes, there is a possibility that it won't be published at all. Anyway we are still fixing some issues with airports for P3Dv3 compatibility so as soon as that is done I will make a dicision regarding the FS9 release. There are very few FS9 customers now left, especially in America.
