I switched to Windows 10,installed FSX and the PMDG-737.

Now I intend to select an add-on livery for the 737 and read:

There is an app called PMDG Simulation / PMDG Operation Center which

allows to download a livery.

 

My problem is there is no such app ( with Windows 7 there was no problem ).

 

 

Can anybody help ?

There is no problem in Win10 either, you can use the start menu > All Apps > PMDG Simulations and select PMDG Operations Center.  You could also navigate to your Programs(x86)\PMDG folder and find it there.... same as Windows 7.
