I have used FS2 Crew in the past.  Now I have found an aircraft which is almost too complex to fly without assistance.  So I have bought and downloaded the Q400 version of Crew for P3Dv3xx

 

What strikes me is the sheer and overwhelming complexity of the add-on.   It is brilliantly designed, incorporates a huge range of options, but is almost over-the-top.

Indeed turbo props are more complex in ways than the larger automated jets to fly due to lack of automation.
