October 30, 20169 yr Way they're going, it's not going to be released as long as they can sucker people into paying hundreds of dollars for "backing it".I get what you're sayingAnd when that well of seeming eternity dries up, they'll release what's there at the time, do some bugfixes for a few months, and silently close shop, taking the hundred million dollar + in profits with them. I have been goaded by a guy to get into Star Citizen with him but what stops me are many of the aspects you mention. I run 3 simulators and dcs world when it is working, I spend way too much money on flight sims already and even though I've followed SC;s development for a while, I certainly don't want to outlay, stupid amounts on another sim. A great consideration for many flight sim enthusiasts is anything over $100 viz pmdg 737 ngx for p3d. I;ll end up buying it but $100.00 is where I start thinking, do I really need this? Jon Adding: It sure looks sensational on my 21.9 aspect, Asus monitor.

November 4, 20169 yr I'm still holding out a little bit, I'm waiting until they are little bit further on it. But I am watching closely. I've been a fan of the X series for a while and have enjoyed Elite so far. I'm honestly wondering where they are planning on going with it. They are suffering from feature creep to the extreme, in my humble opinion. I thought as much would happen from the initial announcement. But we shall see how they handle the future releases.
