Hi-There is no button in my new Orbx account to transfer my FSS licenses. I searched the Orbx forums and submitted an unanswered (as yet) support request for this problem. I created the new orbx account per their instructions using the same email as my FSS account, but there's no button on my account page to click to start the license transfer process. Anyone run into the same problem? Any known solutions?

Same problem as vp49p3. Just updated to P3Dv4 so none of my FSS unwrappers worked. Read the forum instructions provided about several times, including video and FAQ's, but no luck getting an FSS license transfer option. If anyone found a solution, let me know. Thanks.

Sometimes it's necessary for one of the forum mods over there to nudge the system to send you the email which will allow the transfer.  But you have to go over there and explain the problem, so they can act on your behalf.
