November 15, 20169 yr Every time I select the 737 I am asked for the activation code. Is this normal? It is just one more step, but I would think a one-time activation would suffice. Bob Zolto

Start > type "services.msc " (no quotes) and hit Enter > find "FlexNet" in the list and ensure that it is set to start manually Kyle Rodgers

November 17, 20169 yr I have found that (for some strange reason on my new installation of Windows on my latest PC), that if I install the base and the add-on, and I activate the add-on without activating the base package first, it keeps asking me for the activation code every time as well. Worth a look maybe? Regards Werner Gillespie CYB2400Proud member of Cyber Air Virtual AirlinesAVSIM Staff Member
November 17, 20169 yr Commercial Member Worth a look maybe? Sounds more like you're using the wrong code for the product you're trying to activate. The expansion will not let you activate the expansion if the base package is not activated yet. This is, of course, unless you're doing something odd, like attempting to activate the expansion with the base package's activation code. Kyle Rodgers
November 17, 20169 yr No used the right code, but I have noticed that you cannot activate the expansion without activating the base first, which for some reason, if normal, wasn't the case in the past. I could activate either/or and it worked. But then again, remember I am the only one that also only later experienced the moving picture on the HGS which was normal for everyone else, so yeah. Maybe I just had a funky, weird-a$$ setup earlier lol. Anyway, thanks for clearing that up! Regards Werner Gillespie CYB2400Proud member of Cyber Air Virtual AirlinesAVSIM Staff Member
