November 19, 20169 yr Hi Folks, Recently upgraded from a perfectly working 3.2 - to 3.4 that crashes all the time and has black clouds around my head... I've already deleted my "shaders" and "p3d config" file in hopes of fixing the crashes... I haven't run a long enough flight to see if the crashes have stopped... The clouds always just stay directly adjacent to my aircraft - as I pass through them they turn white again - and more clouds in front of me turn black... I am continually surrounded in black clouds regardless of geographic location or season... I am running P3D 3.4, ASN, REX, ORBX, UTX... I've tried it without ASN and setting the REX back to default - no joy... Any ideas on how I can fix this ??? Regards, Scott
November 19, 20169 yr 1. Delete the Cloud.fx file in your main P3D v3/ShadersHLSL folder. 2. Run the repair function of P3D Client.msi. 3. Never install RealismShaderPack1.1 again, because it's not compatible with P3D v3.4 Rune B.
November 19, 20169 yr 1. Delete the Cloud.fx file in your main P3D v3/ShadersHLSL folder. 2. Run the repair function of P3D Client.msi And Delete your Shaders folder in AppData \ Local \ Lockheed Martin \ Prepar3D v3 Shaders Doing all of the above will more then likely do the trick alright. ============ If you have been Running RealismShaderPack ? And you still having Issues Delete your Entire ShadersHLSL folder, Run a Repair on the Client and then delete your Shaders folder. RealismShaderPack Modifies 4 files in your ShadersHLSL folder
