November 19, 20169 yr Just did a complete Win7 64 OS reinstall to then install Prepard3D _3.4.14.18870. Sim working OK but after installing the 737 and 777 sets when I load the aircraft the serial activation window doesn't appear on any of the models. Have removed and reinstalled everything and completely disabled antivirus and firewall. It loads the aircraft with dead panels, etc but no way of activating. Using latest installers. Feedback appreciated. regards Joaquin Blanco Intel Core i9-9900K at 5Ghz, Corsair Hydro H100i RGB PLATINUM CPU cooler, Asus ROG STRIX Z390-E,Motherboard, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Super 8GB GDDR6, G.Skill Trident Z RGB 32GB DDR4 3200MHz Memory, 500GB Samsung 970 EVO PLUS M.2 PCIe,2TB Samsung 860 QVO Solid State Drive, 2TB, 2 x Samsung 860 Evo 2TB, 1 x 1TB Samsung 860 Evo, Corsair RM650x 80 PLUS Gold 650W PSU.
November 19, 20169 yr Look for the read me file included with the installers with a title something like PREPAR3D USERS READ ME. See if installing the simconnect modules solves your problem. If not I recommend you open a trouble ticket at PMDG Product Support. Dan Downs KCRP
